Exciting opportunity for an experienced hospital Rehabilitation Manager to join one of the most awarded healthcare systems in south Florida as their next Rehabilitation Manager, Acute Care.
This facility is part of a not-for-profit healthcare system with several hospitals and numerous physician practices and outpatient facilities throughout Southeast Florida. This location offers a variety of services to members in and around the Miami area, including: emergency services, orthopedics, laboratory services and pediatric services. The hospital has been recognized numerous times for high performing care in cancer care, heart & vascular, brain & spine and orthopedic care.
The Rehabilitation Manager, Acute Care will oversee daily operations and management within the rehabilitation unit. This leader is responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of patient care, staff management and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. The Rehabilitation Manager, Acute Care will lead a team of 30+ staff members across, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy.
