Are you dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children, teens, individuals, couples, and families in search of solutions? If that's the case, we offer a superb opportunity for a clinician who is capable of equipping our patients with enduring strategies using evidenced-based treatments. You will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, diagnosing psychological issues, pinpointing and altering detrimental patterns, fortifying communication skills, and tackling dysfunctional behaviors. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

•Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards
•Participate in clinical team meetings on a weekly basis, and engage with community organizations
•Deliver mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children by employing solution-focused counseling techniques
•Plan, carry out, and assess therapeutic treatment programs for each patient individually

Qualifications

•Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
•Must have an unrestricted state license with the BBS to practice in CA
•Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed
